Question : Where did you buy your car , truck , boat , flat screen TV , like most people you made purchase from an authorized dealer or retailer . So why would you purchase your golf cart from someone who sells used lawn mowers from his house .Golf carts have come along way in the past few years , more expensive and more complicated to repair, but it amazes me that people will spend alot of money with someone who understands little about what they are selling let alone how to repair it .Before you purchase that golf cart look beyond just the price and ask yourself some questions ………..
Can they repair my cart if a problem should pop up , Do they have a service department ?
Do they stock parts , Do they have a parts department ?
Do they have a retail store and are open year round ?
When I call do I get a live person ? or is there business just a cell phone number .
Do they offer a written warranty on the golf carts they sell ? or do they even offer a warranty ……..
In todays world price is not the only thing you shoud be looking at when you spend your hard earned money .
Thanks , GCS
I just cant understand why most people do not understand the concept of charging your golf cart . It is so simple but most would rather not do it as explained to them by there dealer . It is simple ,at the end of the day when you know you are done with your cart just plug it in , easy right . By charging your cart everyday your cart is always ready to go and your batteries get stronger with each charge cycle, and don’t forget to check the water level and don’t over fill the water level . Thanks, GCS
